چکیده
This study aims to reduce air pollution caused by vehicle emissions in confined spaces and realize low-carbon travel urban underwater tunnels. Based on the MEET (Methodologies for Estimating Air Pollutant Emissions from Transport) COPERT (Computer Programme Calculate Road models, combined with real test data, an tunnel speed–CO2 factor model was constructed. Results show that: Different working conditions have a great impact model; load slope factors expand actual CO2 factor, which is different situation. The negatively correlated speed, there are fewer variables model, so parameters more controllable line According gasoline consumption taking CO2, i > GC as judgment index, optimal limit speed of ramp calculated be 40 km/h, while main maintains existing state 60 km/h. simple easy operate, can applied estimate at tunnels other cities, providing basis traffic management effectively realizing travel.

mortality forecasting based on lee-carter model
over the past decades a number of approaches have been applied for forecasting mortality. in 1992, a new method for long-run forecast of the level and age pattern of mortality was published by lee and carter. this method was welcomed by many authors so it was extended through a wider class of generalized, parametric and nonlinear model. this model represents one of the most influential recent d...

This paper formally introduces the concept of mitigation as a stochastic control problem. This is illustrated by applying a digital state variable feedback control approach known as Non-Minimum State Space (NMSS) control to the problem of specifying carbon emissions to control atmospheric CO2 concentrations in the presence of uncertainty. It is shown that the control approach naturally lends it...
متن کاملAn analysis of urban governance based on providing an optimal model (Case study of Garmadreh city)
Proper urban management based on the right methods has always been a serious challenge for urban professionals and has been the subject of various discussions and studies over time. Each city, due to its specific characteristics, experiences special issues that are specific to the city and its surroundings, and in the meantime, creating a single model is not acceptable. Good urban governance is...
متن کاملOptimal retail location and CO2 emissions
In this paper, the p-median model is used to find the location of retail stores that minimizes CO2 emissions from consumer travel. The optimal location is then compared with the existing retail location, and the excess CO2 emissions compared with the optimal solution is calculated. The results show that by using the environmentally optimal location, CO2 emissions from consumer travel could be r...
متن کاملThe Effect of Auto Tariff Protections on CO2 Emissions
According to released official statistics of greenhouse gas emissions in 2010, CO2, which is produced by fossil fuels and industrial processes, accounts for 65 percent of total global greenhouse gas emissions. The transport sector, in turn, is responsible for 23% of CO2 emissions. Researchers have been claiming that car manufacturers have not made significant efforts to reduce the pollution lev...
